CONCERT POLICIES & INFORMATION
Tickets sales are available the night of every show, located in the ballroom lobby.
EACH guest MUST present a VALID ID for admittance. All shows are 21+, no exceptions.
Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE.
All ticket prices include facility charge, does not include taxes and additional fees. Tickets are $5 more day of show.
Gold & Silver Seating
- Each ticket is assigned to a specific table, but not a specific seat. Seats at each table are on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED basis. No standing will be allowed in the Gold or silver sections.
General Seating
Tables and chairs for general seating are located on the outside of the dance floor. There are NO assigned seats. Each table and chair on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED basis.
There are restrooms and full-service bars located in the ballroom.

Where are you located?

We are located off Highway 55 in Medina, MN, one block off the County Road 101 N intersection.
Can I bring my underage child/friend to the show?
What time should I arrive for the show?
The doors are generally scheduled to open an hour before the music begins times may vary. Please double-check your tickets for individual show times. The doors may open early per management discretion – we do recommend getting here about 30 minutes before the scheduled door times if you would like an early place in line.
What is the security check-in process? Do you allow bags or purses?
After the doors open, you will proceed through the security checkpoint. A valid ID is required for all attendees. You may bring bags and/or purses, but they are subject to be searched by our security staff. No outside food or beverages are permitted.
What is your refund policy?
We have a “no refund” policy, unless a show is cancelled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances.
Do you have food available on-site?
We have an AMAZING on-site restaurant, Robert’s Craft Kitchen & Bar, that you are welcome to visit before shows. Reservations are recommended, especially on concert nights. Click HERE to make a reservation or call 763-478-6661.
Can I bring food and/or drinks upstairs to the event?
Yes, you can bring your food and drink(s) from the restaurant upstairs into the ballroom. Please ask your server or bartender to put the items in to-go containers or plastic cups. We do not allow glass or real dishware in the ballroom. No outside food or beverages are permitted.
Do you have an ATM on-site?
YES! We have TWO ATMs on-site – one on the lower level, near the bowling lanes and one located in the ballroom lobby.
Do you have lodging available nearby?
The Medina Inn is located right next door. You can make lodging arrangements by calling 763-478-9770.
Do you accept credit cards and cash?
Yes, we do accept credit cards and cash. Some smaller bars, located inside the ballroom, only accept cash.
Do you allow re-entry to the shows?
We do, but you will be subject to a security search every time you enter the building. No alcoholic beverages will be allowed outside.
How do the seating arrangements work?
For our tiered seating shows, you can purchase a guaranteed seat at a table for our gold and silver seating sections. The tables are assigned, but the specific seats at the tables are not. All seats at reserved tables are on a first come, first served basis.
Are there guaranteed seats in the general admission area?
No. There are plenty of seats in the general admission section, but these are not reserved and are on a first come, first served basis.
Can we stand/dance on the main floor?
There is a designated dance area on the main floor for some of our tiered seating shows, but standing is not allowed at the reserved seating tables to allow visibility to all our guests.
The designated dance area is available to the general admission seating section as well. For our general admission-only shows, you are welcome to dance anywhere on the main floor.
Is the ballroom handicap accessible?
YES! Our reserved handicapped seating is in the general admission seating area, however, the gold and silver seating sections can accommodate wheelchairs as well.
Do you have on-site parking? Do you offer overnight parking?
We have a extremely large parking lot, along with a dirt lot located in the back of our building. We recommend parking on the west side of the building for easier access to the ballroom. You can leave your car overnight at your own risk.
What is a pre-sale and how does it work?
For our email club members, tickets go on a pre-sale the day before they are on sale to the public. This allows premium access to reserved or preferred seating. E-club members will receive a special access code via our email before the presale begins. Click HERE to sign up for our e-mail club on our website to gain early access!
